1. When will my order ship?

Orders take between 10-20 business days to reach the destination.

We ship the items from different warehouses from all across the world and source the products from the best suppliers to make sure we find the best deal for you. More info about the shipping time you'll find on the product pages.

Please contact us if you didn't receive your item after the time mentioned on the product page.

2. My package says delivered, but I didn't receive it.

Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!

3. How are my shipping rates calculated?

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your HemiBags' order and/or shipping total. HemiBags.com is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

4. How can I track my order?

In order for you to get the status of your orders, you need to send us the order number and we'll provide you with the tracking number and the link to track your order.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you want to return your product for any reason you have 30 days to test it and decide if you like it or not. In this case, we'll fully or partially refund you, depending on the reason.

If the product shows any signs of malfunctioning, or it's the wrong item, we guarantee full refund.

If you want, you can also ask for a replacement in the 30 day period for any reason from above.
